Very happy!
We engaged Wayne to sell our apartment at Crystal Beach and from start to finish he was excellent. Very prompt and regular communication but to-the-point and didn't waffle on. He negotiated a great price for our property, he had an unconditional contract within 6 weeks of listing it on the market and we are very happy with this result. I live interstate so have never met him in person but felt like I had as he was very personable and understood our needs. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Great work from Wayne!
Thanks to Wayne we sold our apartment on the beach at Tugun quickly and for more than we expected. He presented us with an excellent marketing package and helped us to tailor it to our needs.
