About James

James worked in Sydney’s northern beaches in sales and marketing then made the transition into real estate in 2000. He initially worked for a national franchise where he was consistently one of their Top Ten selling agents nationally and was often called on to train new sales people in real estate sales or to speak at seminars. In 2003 he went on to open his own boutique real estate office on Collaroy plateau which in 2005 in its second year of operation won Sydney’s Northern Beaches Manly Daily Community Business award for best “Real Estate agency”. None of these achievements surpassed his 2010 crowning success when he donated his kidney “Kevin” to his 11 year old son Nicholas. He has actively been involved with fund raising past & present for Sydney Children’s hospital and transplant Australia. It often makes people wonder why some agents get constant repeat business and others get none. James has a very loyal client base through working hard for his vendors and putting their best interests first. They return because of the past performances and the confidence that they possess in James.
