Tenacious Wayne
Wayne was incredibly persistent and tenacious with the sale of my property. He worked very hard up to an auction. He gathered a lot of interest but the property didn't sell. After that he continued to work hard and got a contract at a great price ( better than I was expecting). That contract unfortunately crashed. He never gave up. He continued to work at it and found another buyer at the same contract price. I expected he would have given up the ghost, but luckily for me he didn't.

Positive experience
Jarad was great to work with, he knew his stuff and didnt beat about the bush, he was firm with both ourselves when needed because lets face it, we need that, they're the experts, and he was also firm with potential purchasers, this resulted in a great end result and very positive experience for us.
