I cannot fault James in any area of his handling the sale of our duplex. His preparation was spot on. He did extensive research and provided us with vital information regarding the market, local sales and extensive reports on each person that had attended open houses plus other enquiries. He explained in detail how the auction system works and how he would help us get the highest price possible. I chose James and Michelle to sell my house for a variety of reasons. The first being that, though 800kms away,I knew I could trust them to know me and what I wanted from this experience. He has won several awards for his work in home sales, is honest and has integrity.
