Got the job done
James got the job done for us after we passed in at auction and we thank him very much. James is very enthusiastic and communicated very well with us as to what was happening throughout the selling process. James instills confidence because he is so knowledgeable about Real Estate possessing an extensive and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market in Kingscliff NSW. He has had significant experience in the Real Estate market in the Northern Beaches areas of Sydney. He is thorough, confident and completely honest telling it as it is whether it is what you want to hear or not. He gives you real information based on the current market and provides realistic information about prospects with regards to sale of a property. He was a thorough gentleman throughout or advertising campaign and he was very excited about selling our property, which at the end of the day with his co Agent Shaun Cardillo, were brilliant in every aspect. As a consequence there were record numbers of groups at the Open Homes over 4 weeks and then record numbers of bidders and as a consequence a result that was $180k over Reserve Price.
