James is a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and hard-working agent. His communication is very good (both face to face and via text/email), and he has a friendly, professional persona. His skills were demonstrated in the sale of my house within a fairly tight time-frame and achieving the price I required. However, I believe customer service could be improved if an administrative team member was responsible for managing the period between Offer Acceptance and Settlement. This could include liaising between buyer and vendor if necessary, plus providing the buyer with useful information e.g. NBN equipment remaining in the house, dimensions of the fridge alcove, room size, gas availability etc. Buyers have minimal access to their new house prior to moving into it, hence can have numerous queries. It seems that an Agent's sales skills and time aren’t efficiently used whilst following up on such details. James performed very well during this period; especially considering there is probably little incentive for agents to invest their time at this stage; and like many younger agents, he has not personally experienced the challenges of buying a house. Decisions relating to the purchase of a house are inevitably stressful; James worked hard to try to make my experience positive. I am certainly delighted with my new home; a great fit for my lifestyle. Thank you James!
