We first met Chris and Jai when we were selling our house in Landsdale some years ago. The market was really tough at the time and there was plenty of competition for the buyer dollar. When selecting an agent then, we were so impressed with their personality, industry knowledge, presentation and professionalism, there was really no difficulty in selecting them to look after our sale. We appreciated their honesty and frankness and there was never any risk that we were being told what we wanted to hear, rather than what we needed to hear - the truth. Our house sold in a good time period given the market and we got a very fair price. Now several years later, it was time to down-size from our large two-storey in Karrinyup to a smaller place. It was a no-brainer that we would call on Chris and Jai to look after us again. From start to finish, the sale of our property was conducted professionally, and everything was at the highest standard, from the pre-sale preparation, advertising, photography (unbelievable!) marketing and chasing up all the leads and attendees to the home opens.
