Firstly, Chris clearly set the expectaions on how the offer process would work from first contact at the home open, I'm happy to say that the actual offer and acceptance process was transparent and a fairly smooth process. Secondly, Jai and team were assisting us with all buyer questions/concerns the whole way through until final settlement.
