We feel very satisfied with the service provided by Jenny and Sean. Most of our contact was with Jenny but they clearly work as an effective team. Jenny's advise to stage the home and recommend 2 providers was excellent. We were very happy with how Deb and Nicole at Mint showed the home. We also think the marketing plan in terms of timing (4 weeks start to auction) and content was very effective as there appeared to be substantial interest in the home, helped by it's location. Jenny and Sean also prepared us very well for the auction process and the auction itself on the day.

We decided at that time to hold off on selling and asked Gareth to keep in touch, there was never any pressure and Gareth was happy to give us advice as and when we needed it. When we did come to sell, it was Gareth that we called. He got things moving quickly for us and we got a sale within four weeks of our property being on the market-and an excellent sale price!
