Sam is great, she goes above & beyond to help you out. We viewed the property 3 times before buying & 2 of those were private viewings! She will take a lot of time out of her day just to make sure you know your sure you want to commit to buying. We have recommended her to all our friends who are looking to sell/buy because Sam really does look after you. We will definitely be using Sam if we ever decide to sell our house!

Paul is motivated, professional, knowledgeable and friendly which makes for a pleasant experience.From the start he was honest and fair regarding just what we could expect for our property and what was needed to get it into a position to sell. Once we engaged Paul it was all go and things moved swiftly and efficiently once we signed and he and Hayley were in constant communication with us. Once the negotiations started his advice was sound and had our best interests at heart. All round it was a great experience.

Paul has been great to work with, he helped us through the Auction process and made the 4 weeks prior to Auction as smooth as possible. Paul was always available for our queries and kept us in the loop the whole way through. In the end we were able to achieve a price we were happy with in a tough market. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending and using Paul and Hayley again in the future.

Unfortunately for me, Hayley was unable to continue the negotiations due to her advanced pregnancy (but please know that she was marvellous in assisting me to put in an offer, write it up, deal with the vendor, advise me immediately as to the vendor's acceptance of the offer etc etc). When she first told me that her colleague would take over, I was rather apprehensive because of a bad experience I'd had when selling my previous house. However, Hayley had obviously primed Paul carefully, and his initial contact was polite, informative and in-tune to me personally. I found he was an excellent listener, and most knowledgeable concerning a buyer's rights. At the final inspection, his pleasant manner towards both the vendor and myself enabled small matters to be dealt with promptly (I really feel that his suggestions to the vendors had led to them being totally open to making a few minor changes). He kept me informed about the settlement, and where/when I could collect the keys. On all occasions, he showed kindness and consideration, which would therefore lead me to recommend Realmark agency. I do want to mention that both Hayley's and Paul's professional ways of managing this negotiation was excellent. I wish both of them every personal and career success in the future. One final comment: please could the 'For Sale' sign be removed very soon as I feel it's not ethical to have this on-view when the house has been sold. Thank you.
