I sold my Subiaco apartment with Sven who is the man to go to. He knows the suburb and real estate market incredibly well, especially when it comes to apartments. He is a really good listener, incredibly responsive and is very accommodating to all my questions and suggestions. He guided me from marketing, photography and styling, right through to the day of settlement. The whole process with him was absolutely seamless. Thank you again to Sven and his team.

If you look at Julies track record, you will see she has been one of Perth's top salespeople for a good number of years now. Once you meet her in person, you will see why. Julie epitomizes what it takes to be a successful salesperson over many years. She has a genuine passion to exceed her seller's expectations in every respect. She Listened to my requirements, advised me of a suitable marketing strategy, devised a phenomenal add campaign and kept me fully updated throughout the sale /settlement process. Her attention to detail and advice where greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work Julie.

I recently sold my first home in Brabham whilst pregnant trying to buy! From the very beginning, Jordan was professional, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping us achieve the best possible outcome for our future. Jordan guided us through every step. Thanks to his support, our home received a good interest early on, and we were under offer with an amazing amount within just 5 weeks! He was always available to answer questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything stayed on track right through to settlement. What could have been a stressful time turned out to be smooth and even exciting. We’re so grateful to Jordan and Michael for their hard work and highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell in the Brabham area or beyond!

When your in foreign territory , don't know what the next steps are and just the anxiety of where do we start? Meeting Chris and jai was absolutely sensational and what we needed ... from that first meeting they made us feel at ease and we can do this !! They welcomed us into there team and in all honesty we only talked about the house for a short bit and the rest of the evening was great banter and getting to know each other ... Once it all started to gain traction we just got to sit back and enjoy the ride ... if at times we could not get a potential buyers request done ourselves the Lovells jumped into action and got everything sorted . No stress for us and that when for me I realise you need exceptional people around you who have a experience team and associates... That is what Chris and Jai are , professional , down to earth and always happy to help with anything... I could not recommend any one else if u are thinking of buying or selling your house Cheers Chevy

We recently sold our home with Chris and Jai from Haiven Property, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From the very beginning, they had a clear and well-thought-out plan, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Thanks to their approach, we ended up with a great sale price. Chris and Jai were also very understanding and patient—especially when we had trouble unlocking the house for a scheduled home open. They handled it without any fuss, which we really appreciated during an already stressful time. They were always friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout, and it truly felt like they had our best interests at heart. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Haiven Property to anyone thinking about selling their home. Thanks so much guys!
