We found James to be incredibly organised and methodical. He made the buying process fair and transparent for all parties, and put in the hours to give anyone interested the option to view and discuss. He is one of the most professional and ethical agents we've encountered and would use him to sell for us if the need arises in the future.

Sean and his team at Realmark Coastal were absolutely brilliant to deal with. Sean's knowledge, advice and professionalism were second to none and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell. We dealt with Sean not only as a seller, but also as a potential buyer & in both instances he was incredibly accommodating and patient with us as we navigated our way through the process. Thanks again Sean Philip and Erryn
