A true professional and gentleman!
Nathan Tonich from Altitude Real Estate is a true gentleman and an utmost professional. He worked tirelessly to sell our house, always keeping us informed, being courteous and mindful of our needs. His market knowledge of our and surrounding suburbs was second to none, he was up to date with the latest figures and kept us in the loop of what the market was doing. Nathan went out of his way to assist in trying to find another home once ours was sold. He even gave us advice when we were searching other properties with other agents - always being professional. My husband and I would highly recommend Nathan and his team at Altitude to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property. We will definitely be using Nathan again in the future.

Genuine estate agent
Nathan is a very honest and genuine agent. He was fast at responding to my query to have an early viewing and we were able to be one of the first ones through the door. When showing us around the property his knowledge was very thorough and with no pushy sales pitch. We had a second viewing on the opening night, the house was full of people but we were kindly acknowledged and looked after to ask any further questions. When making an offer it was a very quick and professional experience. The process as a whole was easy, fast and stress free!! We would definitely recommend Nathan.

Selling a two bedroom unit in Churchlands
Nathan Tonich was very professional in selling my unit in Churchlands. He organised a professional photographer who captured my property in the evening, which provided wonderful colours for the posting online. Nathan was very dedicated in selling my property and was very communicative on all aspects from the very first time I signed the contract, to advertising, to having home opens and also when it came to finding the correct buyer. He also added some recommendations in for styling and furniture, which encouraged other buyers to see what they were actually buying and that it could be a potential investment in the future. Overall, I'm more than happy with the customer service that I received from him and his office, and I would highly recommend Nathan Tonich to anyone who is wanting to sell their property. What a successful relationship we had with Nathan and his staff! Very efficient, kept us in the "loop" of their strategy and we were very happy with the successful sale after one house opening! this house was sold sometime ago, but the memory of the sale process still remains. Nathan and his team did a brilliant job in getting photos/marketing/potential buyers through the house [ which we were living in,10 of us ] and got a great result within 24 hours of our first and only house open. he had some very useful tips on presentation and was very open about getting our feed back and family requirements were met at all times with the minimum of fuss. would I use him and the altitude team again, absolutely.

How good was Nathan Tonich
Nathan behaved in a manner that allowed my girlfriend a critical lady to make this statement If ever she was to sell one of her houses she would hope to have an agent as good as Nathan! I also reflect that Nathan behaved and acted in a most professional manner. I recommend him to anyone in the real estate market.

Very friendly service
Nathan was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any queries we had regarding the property. On completion to give us the keys, he was also very happy for us on our new purchase. An easy recommendation for anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
