She communicated with us every step of the way during the selling process, guided us when we received an offer. The property was tenanted before sale and David negotiated with the tenant to vacate the property to enable the sale to proceed. David sent very comprehensive reports after each open home and followed up with prospective buyers. The initial contract process was difficult (due to a problem with the buyer and no fault of David's) and David was extremely responsive in assisting to resolve the difficulties. The final sale was completed by David at an excellent price and very quickly.

Agnes was excellent to work with. She obtained a much higher price than I expected and was astute enough to obtain a back-up offer in writing, which eventually became the final sale. She went out of her way to ensure the unit looked immaculate, especially as I was living nearly an hour away. She had legal advice readily available when the sale process became complicated due to a buyers default. She was always friendly and has a positive, pleasant disposition. She works very hard, apparently 24/7!
