David achieved a great price in quick time.
The property was tenanted before sale and David negotiated with the tenant to vacate the property to enable the sale to proceed. David sent very comprehensive reports after each open home and followed up with prospective buyers. The initial contract process was difficult (due to a problem with the buyer and no fault of David's) and David was extremely responsive in assisting to resolve the difficulties. The final sale was completed by David at an excellent price and very quickly.
