Over the past 4 months I have been lucky enough to not only buy a place in the Burleigh Heads area, but now also find a tenant for our investment property, and none of this would have been possible without the support and advice received from RealtyBlue Burleigh Heads, they are a 1st class agent with employees who are clearly aligned to supporting buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords. Well done RealtyBlue and thanks for the incredible service.

Was extremely pleased with result Bianca achieved with the sale of our townhouse. Bianca was able not only able to get a price above expectations, but was able to assist and help resolve an issue to enable the sale to properly proceed. I recommend Bianca to sell your property.

Mick was a breathe of fresh sir as he sold my home. He delivered on all his promises, he put his best foot forward every day, and involved his team when needed.

I was thrown heavily in to the deep end when I was tasked with selling a house on behalf of an estate. To be honest I might even be in the same deep end if I had to do it all again. Mick was so entirely comprehensive and efficient it felt as if I hadn't even really sold a house. The whole process took less than 2 months and he valued the property higher than the competition and then exceeded that value when he sold. I cannot recommend Mick enough.

This was our first time purchasing a property. Mick was very open and honest and easy to deal with through the process. Communication was great. Also a great deal of assistance in discussing further elements with the seller. Highly recommended

We couldn't have asked for a more honest, stand up individual to represent us in the sale of our home. Mick is passionate about what he does and that's why he is the best you could ask for. It's not about the bottom line with Mick, it's about building sustainable relationships and ensuring his clients walk away happier than expected as we did. Thank you Mick Brace from the bottom of our hearts.

Blanca was a very knowlegdable lady who in my opinion I was her only customer but I think she should have more. Her knowledge of the locality which I think was great towards the negotiation at the important part I was concerned. WELL DONE AND THANK YOU BIANCA and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to handle in anything in handling residences.
