We were very nervous sellers and Bianca was an amazing support from start to finish. She explained everything so well, kept us in the loop through every step and the best bit..... our sell price far exceeded our $$ expectations. We are very grateful to her and the amazing result we ended up with.

I went through Bianca to purchase my first property, which would normally be quite a daunting task I would assume. However due to Bianca's professionalism, outstanding knowledge of the area she covers and current market conditions as well her genuine personality it could not have been an easier process for myself. I would highly recommend Bianca as an agent and hope to myself work with her again in the future!

From the first moment we were in contact with Sharon, we knew we'd hit the jackpot. After numerous disappointments in our search for our perfect property on the Gold Coast, it was evident Sharon had the best intentions for both buyer & seller. Every email, phone call was answered promptly & professionally and we were never left hanging at any one point through negotiations. A credit also goes to Sharon for her real-estate knowledge which was a godsend throughout the long distance proceedings, this also complemented her considerate nature, whilst she watched over every single aspect of our purchase. We truly felt that Sharon went above & beyond to fulfill our dreams. Realty Blue Burleigh, don't let Sharon Orlandini out of your clutches......... she's a priceless asset & not without mentioning the rest of the team at Realtyblue, they're amazing !!

Open Agent sent 3 agents plus I selected one of my own as well. Bianca was one from Open Agent that I chose from the moment she arrived I felt at ease with her, and Bianca was considerate and down to earth, as well as being knowledgable and professional. She was the only agent that actually asked me how much I thought it was worth, and engaged me in the process. We had a few hurdles as it was a deceased estate, and she was always positive and helpful throughout. We had a great outcome regarding the price as a couple of the agents just wanted to auction it, but we opted for a straight sale. I highly recommend Bianca if you want the best for your property sale.

We recently used Realty Blue with Bianca as our agent to sell our unit in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast. We had 3 agents visit us before deciding to go with Realty Blue. We chose Bianca because of her honest approach and genuine personality. I found Bianca very cheerful, even when calling her at 6:30am, Bianca was always willing to drive out to meet us to pick up keys or stay back in the office to meet with us after work. Bianca always remained positive even when dealing with difficult buyers and situations. Bianca got us the price we wanted for our property in around 5 weeks. I would recommend Bianca and Realty Blue to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Hi Mick, Just wanted to say a huge THANKS for the way Sharon Orlandini handled the sale of my property, thanks to yourself also for having Sharon as part of your team. I feel I received a very good price for my property & was very pleased with the way conducted herself through the course of the sale. Most people only tell you how bad you are, however when there are people that DELIVER it is appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending Realty Blue to prospective clients. Thanks again Mick & Sharon Smile Regards, Bill Coughlan C.Dec 0430 014 858
