Sharon was a last minute choice when my wife and I came out to Australia to sell my sisters house. We had a week to do it,and in that time Sharon found a cash buyer and achieved a record price for the area.We are so grateful for her professional friendly approach,we really felt that she was on our side, and she achieved what she said she could. Can definitely recommend her. Thanks Sharon!

Mick recently sold a property for us,,we found him to be very informed about the current market place and made the whole process so much easier than I thought it would be. We will definitely be doing business with Mick again.

Sharon assisted with the sale of my house at Burleigh a couple of months ago. She was so wonderful to deal with throughout the process. So friendly and attentive, with an excellent eye for detail, making sure the house was well prepped for sale at the outset and presented as well as it could be throughout the open houses. She is highly motivated and really great at her job but doesn't have that flashy and fake personae that unfortunately you find in a lot of GC Agents. I consider her amongst my friends now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting a genuine agent who lives and works in Burleigh.

Sharon Orlandini was such a 'breath of fresh air' when I first met her....I knew she would get the job of selling my house done... in a flash!!! She exudes positivity and confidence...has a warm, approachable personality and was consistently delightful to communicate with! She has experience in property marketing in the Burleigh area which gave me great encouragement...knowing she would have a data base that was relevant to my requirements and sure enough, the first person to view my house with her...bought it!!! All subsequent paperwork and queries were dealt with efficiently in no nonsense, fuss free manner. I felt like I was working with a friend rather than a real estate agent...many of whom I am sure, like lots of people are rather wary. I had every trust in Sharon from start to finish and I highly recommend you engage her for your real estate requirements. I sure know I will in the future!!
