Ning is an out of area agent - but she clearly understands the intricacies of real estate. Jocelyn from atrealty explained the importance of doing some basic home improvements and styling and staging our home to get the best results. We did all the suggestions with painting, cleaning up the gardens and packing up most of our personal items to show the large space our home had to offer to potential buyers. She then styled our older home to modernise it and make it look amazing. She spent weeks speaking with buyers arranging them to all come to the First Open Home and we had 35 groups of buyers 9 offers and I was excited to sign contracts that night.
