This was a difficult proposition. The original dwelling is a modest 4 Bedroom, 1 bath, 1 Car in need of some attention. Thirty years ago an additional home of 2 Bedrooms, 1 bath and 1 Car was relocated to the back of this corner block. This second home was in fair condition and was sold as "furnished". Although on the one title, there is a dividing fence and separate rates to pay on each property. We were immediately impressed with Ashley as he sought access to show prospective purchasers through within a little more that 24 hours after we had given him permission to list the Properties. An offer, which was probably $20,000 above our "reserve" was made soon after. However the sale didn't proceed due to some of the purchaser's conditions not being met. Ashley immediately pursued others prospects and was successful in negotiating for us the price offered originally. Throughout our dealings with Ashley he proved to be honest, resourceful, communicative and an excellent negotiator. I would not hesitate to deal with Ashley Hall again.
