Craig is a gentleman, excellent at listening and asking the right questions so there is absolute clarity from the start of what you are hoping to achieve. I was impressed with Craig's amount of feedback after each open house and the way he described some people's needs and how he came up with solutions for them eg turning a laundry into another bathroom as there was a second laundry downstairs. Craig took time, more than once to help me put a few final touches on a room such as helping to move a lot of small boxes or carrying awkward but light things down stairs after I had twisted both ankles! It was a pleasure to work with Craig and I feel I have made a friend that I will continue to stay in contact with. If you are thinking of selling your home Craig is your man!
