Was very transparent and open. We are happy buying through Uri. The house is in good condition. He provided great info on the house and the sale process went very smoothly. In the buying process - had the bidding gone higher - it may have been better to have an auction, as there was a few interested parties who offered above the advertised price. However, as new home owners, we were very happy with the process!
