Buying a property from Jenny was a refreshing experience, I saw the For Sale sign, called Jenny and three days later exchanged. In that time there was many calls to and fro, Jenny answered all of my questions and more, giving me further detailed information that was beneficial to my decision as we purchased without physically viewing. We have now viewed the property and it’s exactly if not better than we thought, we look forward to living there. Jenny is casual in her approach yet professional in her dealings and I was very happy with our purchase, it worked out to be a mutually rewarding transaction. Jenny also negotiated a license agreement to occupy prior settlement, this is extremely beneficial to us, allowing extra time to move in etc. Without question I would recommend Jenny to anyone looking to sell their property, she knows exactly what’s going on and she’s very shrewd in her dealings. Our home was suited to a niche market and required a very specific buyer. To sell our home, Leanne marketed and hosted a twilight champagne viewing event wich drew a lot potential buyers who couldn't attend typical open home times due to work and other commitments. Approximately 60% of potential buyers for our home were from the medical profession wich is what Leanne predicted at our initial consultation. I have bought and sold many properties and I have to say Uri has been the best real estate agent I have had. He was very professional and he never let us down. He did what he said and always followed through. He went above and beyond. He made us feel comfortable and confident in his ability to sell the property and he didn’t let us down. Nothing is too hard for him and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. Uri is a very tenacious young man and he was able to sell our property very quickly even though our house was an ugly, run down old farmhouse. We were very happy with the price he was able to negotiate for us. Uri worked tirelessly and we had a really good experience even though selling a property is usually quite stressful.
