I have never met a more genuine R E Agent in my entire life. I truly did not think Agents like Ron existed, he has proved me wrong. He was honest, genuine, had great knowledge & always kept me informed every step of the way. He went above & beyond in so many ways. The sale of my property & the situation had many difficult, sensitive challenges yet Ron took it in his stride, dealing with every issue in such a calm reassuring way. We chose Narelle, having dealt with her before when she was previously employed by the company that managed our rental units. We found her pleasant to deal with and has great local knowledge. Unfortunately, we had trouble finding quality tenants and chose to sell the units we had spent a lot of time and money renovating. The final sale price did not reflect our efforts or expectations based on previous sales information provided to us. This may have little to do with Narelle's performance as our agent, more likely the local market and timing of the sale.
