Hello, I’m Rossana Winters — founder of Realty One, proud mum of three, and a long-time Rockhampton local of over 40 years. My career began in hospitality, and I later spent 27 rewarding years running the Frenchville Food Store, where I developed strong skills in customer service, systems, and team management — all while raising a family. I’ve always loved working with people and creating positive experiences. Over the years, I also built a diverse investment portfolio of 18 properties and renovated more than a dozen homes. This hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of the property market and a keen eye for detail and style. Eventually, I shifted direction and opened Rejuvenate Wellness Centre, inspired by my parents’ legacy in natural health. My passion for helping people thrive grew into a team of Endermologie supporting others through wellness and balance. My real estate journey began after I noticed how rushed and impersonal open homes often felt. Buyers were often just numbers — a stark contrast to the service I value. I believed there had to be a better way. During the COVID-19 downturn, I took on roles in real estate and finance, discovering the power of combining both services. That’s when the vision for Realty One took shape. I completed my real estate qualifications, combined my experience in business, property, wellness, and finance, and Realty One was born.
