Brad was upfront with us right from the start. His valuation was in line with other agents and we were fully aware that if we wanted top dollar the process will take time. A quick sale is nice, but it is not the norm. Knowing our expectations he clearly out lined a sales and marketing campaign that would give us the best chance of success.
