I purchased a property via Mark and he was incredibly helpful and informative, always prompt to reply, picking up a building inspection date I had got wrong before it was too late, showing me how to work ovens, air cons etc., at final inspection and leaving me a bottle of champagne when I picked up the keys. He knew the property and area really well and was able to share lots of good info about it all.
