We had Athena over to see the property before we listed it and she gave us some great ideas and advice on where to get the best bang for our buck when preparing for the sale. When it came to listing and sale, Athena worked as a very knowledgeable advisor. We got to make all the decision and never felt pressured to list at a certain price or to sign or accept anything less than we were hoping for.
