One of the main reasons we chose Tracy was that she was up-front about some of the challenges we'd have selling our house, relating to the flats next door and power lines out the front. She made mention of the regulations that meant it would require a 20% deposit for any bid, where other agents had neglected to mention it, either through ignorance or thinking that they didn't want to give us bad news before we signed on the line. Once she was given the job, she went all out to make it happen and she did a great job, we were very happy with her overall.

Pina was like a dog with a bone !!! She was knowledgeable and professional. The buyer was difficult and I believe she handled him as well as she could. He was constantly making requests and I admit I was over it. During this time Pina still kept holding open home etc and dealing with other prospective buyers. He changed his mind many times and she handled it well until he finally accepted without all the clauses he was insisting on. Well done Pina.
