Absolutely outstanding
Tracey is such an an amazing agent, it's hard to know where to start with this review. She knows the local market exceptionally well, which helps her understand where your property sits within it. We really liked her sales strategy, and that she was adaptable in a rapidly changing market. Her advice helped us decide to complete a quick renovation prior to sale, which repaid us many times over. Above all, it is Tracey's professionalism that has us recommending her. She worked ungodly hours over the Easter weekend when our house was listed, resulting in over 100 people through the house, 11 written offers, all over asking price and within 4 days of listing, and a sale price almost $100K over asking. It's a strong market, and the house looked great, so it would have sold well with any agent, but we believe Tracey's hard work and willingness to make every phone call, to follow every lead, as well as her knowledge of the market and personable nature helped us achieve a truly fantastic price for the house and the area. We could not recommend her services more.

My experience with Santo
Santo was great he was all ways helpful. Quite often because i worked till late or didn't have time during the week i would send emails at 9pm or on the weekend and he would always reply in the hour
