We were very impressed with Mark's honest opinion about our property and what he thought we could achieve as a sales value. We had an offer 2 weeks later and Mark helped us negotiate to an acceptable level. At all times he was great to work with. Settlement took longer than expected due to bank issues from buyer and need to give tenant due notice.
