Brad Milos's promotion of our home in Canning Vale was outstanding. Brad was professional, courteous, diligent and the way he conducted himself impressed Terry and I. We had one home opening with Brad and an offer was put on that evening and after negotiations the offer was accepted the next day. We would highly recommend Brad to anyone who is considering selling their home. We also bought our home in Munster from Brad. Regards Diane and Terry Gilbert

Brad was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he negotiated fairly for both parties I believe. Will definitely recommend him and deal with him again. Exc bloke too.

Tracey was recommended to us by a friend in the industry. My first impression of Tracey was very good. For a change I felt someone listened to what I was saying. The result was a plan that met all our requirements. During the selling phase Tracey worked vey hard to get the best deal for us. What I respected most about Tracey was she was able to communicate clearly what was happening enabling us to make informed decisions. I am more than happy to recommend and engage Tracey again. Thank you .

I was very impressed with the level of service and experience that Tracy Garbes provided. We achieved the price we wanted and the process was seamless every step of the way. Tracy implemented a comprehensive marketing program to meet our specific needs, and at the end there were no hidden costs. It is often the little touches that matter, and the care that Tracy showed in dealing with our tenants in the property at the time, was one such example. Her attention to detail and customer service was of a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tracy and Harcourts Real Estate to others.
