Professional, ethical, accommodating and caring agent really understands people’s needs.
Our experience of dealing with real estate agents in our property hunting process has been nothing but disappointment, unfairly treated and judged however this all changed when we met Andrew and his team, they made the whole already stressful process as easy as possible for us as buyers (we are a young family with two children). Whist acting for the best interest of the vendors, Andrew and his team really care and understands the buyers needs and perspectives which made whole a lot difference compared to other agents who judged us and denied us the opportunity of bidding at auction because we have two active young children that we needed to attend to. During the process, Andrew provided his expertises in the property transaction, Reno options and he was very accommodating with our requests and questions we had. Dealing with Andrew has changed my opinions on the quality of real estate and realised it is imperative to find a truly professional, kind and ethical agent to deal with.

Not just an agent, a member of the family
Andrew had already been an amazing manager of my brother's investment property, always available to both my brother and his tenants, and ensuring that the best tenants stayed for long and stable tenancies. So when our mother's investment property needed management, he was the first person we thought of. He provided the same excellent, professional and personal service and care to both Mum and to her tenants. Efficient, accessible and compassionate, he was also the first person we called on to sell Mum's home when she moved into residential aged care, despite it being out of his area. His campaign was cost-effective, and quick – we got a far higher price than we'd budgeted for. More than this, Andrew went above and beyond. We’d always dreaded packing up and clearing out our Mum’s home, given that Mum was a bit of a hoarder and the place was jammed. Andrew organised cleaners, gardeners and removalists, and he pitched in as well! He was indefatigable, working non-stop to help us get the property to market and sold in record time. When we sold Mum's investment property, which had a few problems, Andrew not only fixed them but helped the tenants stay on as we sold, and helped the new buyers to rectify the problems too. And despite not being confident at the depths of lockdown that we'd be able to even sell, we still got a better price than we expected! Andrew was always flexible and positive, with no job or problem too big, and not just professional but amazingly conscientious and assiduous, with a keen eye for detail and great ideas on how to maximise buyer interest. It wasn’t just a job for him — we really felt as if he cared about us and our Mum as if we were his own family. And he did so with care and concern for tenants and buyers with the highest probity and ethics. Andrew brings more than a good price: he brings priceless value to any property campaign. We will never use another agent, regardless of where we are or what or when we sell.
