Rose Baker is a go getter with a no nonsense approach, she does not do that pandering and fake enthusiasm that I have found other agents do. Once she realised my situation, which was tricky and going to delay things. She did not put me under pressure, she checked in on me from time to time until at last the house could go on the market ( Where's other agents were extreamy pushy and using scare tactics.. quite literally ). She took the time to understand my situation and recognised that I wanted things done pronto but couldn't. She's friendly, personable, and down to earth. I would highly recommend Rose to anyone who wants a straightforward no nonsense agent who isn't trying to butter you up. I felt completely confident in Rose .
