And I should of followed her advice straight up on more than 1 occasion. She will let you know if you have to spend money or she will try and save you money if it doesn't have to be done..She is a hands on person helping to plant plants and turning off house alarms in the middle of the night..she has the right contacts for all house renovations and legal requirements, who did exceptional at what they do best.. We recently purchaed our new home at Tinana through Paul. Paul is amazing to deal with. He is very hands on, amazingly helpful and goes above and beyond. He met me at the new property before 7am on moving day to hand the keys over and even bought me a coffee 😁 Paul has been so helpful, caring and considerate from the moment we made an offer until... well, he hasn't stopped! Ive messaged him several times since moving asking him for advice or for recommendations in our area and he has always gotten back to me ASAP. Paul is someone that you feel like you have known for a long time, hes not just your real estate agent, he is your friend. He looks after you from start to finish and beyond. I definitely dont want to be buying snd selling again anytime soon but if i had to i would love to have Paul handling the sale AND purchase for me!
