Paige saved my sanity! Had looked at so many homes and nothing fit until I spotted her listing. I called her frantically at 4:40pm on a Wednesday 24th of December, she called back at 5pm had me through the house by 5:30 had it under offer by 7:30pm that evening. Angela does her very best to sell your house for you. She got the best price for my house that I could expect and even did things that is not in her job description like put mulch down for me before the house was due to be inspected. Right from the start, Sue put everything into the marketing of the property. Her knowledge of the area and the market were first rate and she aimed to maximise the result without giving false expectations. It was hard going at the start, given the current market for units, but Sue's perseverance eventually produced multiple offers and a sale slightly above the asking price.
