Phill greeted me at the front door of the home with a smile,this was a last minute inspection,and we sealed the deal within and hour.There were a few hiccups along the way ,due to a few over sites of the seller.Phill helped negotiate through this and the issues were resolved.The house settled in 30 Days as agreed.I would engage Phill if in the future if we decided to sell,He proved to be a person of integrity and that is a rear quality in many agents.

We had such a great experience with Paige. This was the first home we sold and she explained every step along the way.
