Mark took the time to understand my selling needs. He not only delivered on what he said he would, he was genuinely fair to both sides and helped find a middle ground very quickly and over deliver on my expectations. He also managed to list and sell my property in less than 2 weeks! What I really loved about the service is that he would send meaningful texts to communicate and would only call when then were something that needed to be discussed. As a business owner who is generally time poor, this made my experience so pleasant and the process seamless and I really appreciated the respect for my time.
