I have known Rob Hall for 12 years now, as a friend (we share a fondness for boxer dogs and red wine) and as a professional real estate agent. I love that he returns your calls, even when you don't leave a message. Dealing with the principal directly, is a huge plus, as you receive information that you can trust is right and that you can make major decisions without question, based on that information. Not the usual "the agent will get back to you shortly", which usually doesn't happen.
