We bought an investment property through Beverley in 2014. She came across as very honest and sincere agent ( I always thought that these qualities can't be found in real estate people). When we decided to sell our property, the first name that came to mind was Beverley's. She helped us in immaculate presentation of the property. We would not have been able to do such a good job ourselves.Throughout the process, communicating with her was a very easy experience. There was no cloak and dagger stuff, the usual agent speak etc. We got a price that was expected from the beginning of the process. And the best thing of it all, I'm pretty sure that buyer will have a similar kind of experience as well.

We had been searching for our first home more than 6 months non stop. Anyone can image how many real estate agents we get to know every single weekend. I'm sorry to say I can understand why majority of buyers are irritated by this profession and why they have such a negative reputation within the public. Despite we acquired our perfect matching first home from Ian, I found him honest from the very beginning about the property, price, owner and facility. Unlike any other agents, he answered to our every question and concern openly then let us to think about it, instead of pushing with pressure to get an offer. He was also helpful throughout the entire contract process, supported our extension requests from the seller and even checked on how did we go with renovations after the settlement. I would absolutely recommend him to do business with.
