After meeting Andrew, he showed me through what I though was going to be my dream property in Upper Coomera. There were 2 townhouses in the same complex. The pictures on the internet were amazing but once in the properties they we cold, dark and felt a bit tight and claustrophobic. He could see my disappointment so he suggested that even though Nerang wasn't where I originally looking, he had a property that had just come back on the market as the contract fell through. The moment I saw the complex and then the front of the property I had a great feel about it. I then walked through the front door and into the living area and fell in love. After seeing the main bedroom and the view I was in love even more. I just want to say thank you for taking me to a property and an area I hadn't even considered and finding me exactly what I needed. :-)

Aaron is a very professional and friendly agent. He was up front with us about an achievable price for our house, and the most cost effective marketing campaign to achieve the best result for us. Our 3D, twilight photos and floorplan looked amazing. It was the 3D that I believe that sealed the deal with our buyers, as one of the buyers was out of the country, and the 3D enabled her to get a real feel for the property without actually being there in person. Throughout the process Aaron was knowledgeable, informative and professional, and he offered us great advice from things to be done prior to photos and viewings, right through to settlement.
