Michelle Gillingham AlZinki is without doubt the best,most determined and diligent Real Estate Agent I have encountered. She has sold two properties for me.The first was during a market slump and when other agents gave up,she battled on for another five months doing countless "open house" mornings until she finally sold the acreage property for $30,000 above what I kept telling her I was happy to accept. She also advised me that when she would finally get a buyer,there would be at least two and the "auction" effect would ensure the price.She was dead right on that too!!!!
