Aaron is an excellent agent for @realty. Thankyou so much for all your efforts in helping us secure the property. From the first time we went to our new home he knew there where problems and didn't beat around the bush with what needed to be done. The tree that was organised to get removed was done swiftly and the organisation to get a new water pump after the old one was stolen went well. The seller didn't make it easy but he got us there in the end even though it wasn't of the best quality. We have been at the house now for nearly 3 week's now and it has been amazing. We are so lucky to have gotten the house before the new year, thanks to the early possesion that Aaron discussed with the seller. Kind regards, Tabatha and Michael

From the moment we meet Aaron we knew that he was the agent we needed to sell our home of 7 years. Aaron's ability to market our property to it's fullest potential was above our expectations. We found Aaron to be very knowledgeable, honest and approachable. His attitude, ethics and listening to his clients needs and wants are what makes Aaron Squires the best agent we've had the pleasure of dealing with.

Ryan did an exceptional job woth us. He was very friendly and helpful. He listened to our needs and delivered when it came to the crunch. We have so much faith in Ryan we are even having Ryan sell one of our other properties.

I got to know Ryan from the property purchased in Silkstone. He was very helpful on my purchase and he assisted me through the whole process from the beginning to end of the purchase. I really recommend anyone to deal with Ryan on buying or selling the properties in IPSwitch area.

DISAPPOINTED IN THE CONDITION THE HOUSE WAS LEFT IN FOR HAND OVER, INCORRECT KEYS WERE SUPPLIED, HOUSE WAS DIRTY, YARDS WERE UNTIDY, LOOSE ITEMS LEFT ON THE PREMISES FOR ME TO DUMP. OVER ALL OK TO DEAL WITH, JUST MORE ATTENTION NEEDED FOR THE HAND OVER CONDITION.

The first time buying a house can be pretty daunting but we were very fortunate to have Aaron on the other side. He was a pleasure to work with and put us at ease throughout the process. Nothing was ever too much of an ask. He was super efficient and knowledgeable of the property market and local areas. The communication was excellent, always keeping us updated and getting back to us quickly with answers to any questions we had. He didn't dance around situations, rather just told us how it was which was greatly appreciated. He got things done when he said they would be done, and whilst he represented the seller throughout this transaction, he was always respectful to us and never pushed us into an uncomfortable position. We are very thankful to Aaron for his help in making our first purchase a much smoother and less scary process than we initially thought it would be. We are loving our new home!

Ryan put his money where his mouth was. H said he could sell the last unit we had where several others had promised and failed. Ryan did a great job and got us the right price quickly. We will certainly be using Ryan again and again. Cheers Morris Beattie
