Tricia came as a recommendation from our property manager. She gave us an honest appraisal of our investment property last September. Having just moved to the country we were not ready to sell. She gave me a courtesy call this January and again we were not ready to sell believing we would need to do some work. Tricia was positive but not pushy and happy to fit in with our time frame. In the middle of the pandemic we decided to test the market on a budget. She was very accomodating in keeping costs down and had it on the market within a week. Five days later it was sold for a price we were happy with!! She continued to keep in touch throughout the settlement process. Without hesitation I would highly recommend Tricia Kernahan as a reliable, efficient real estate agent who can negotiate a good deal.
