As first time sellers David Falcone was everything we wanted plus more from a real estate agent. He was professional and knowledgeable and was always updating us on potential leads he was always generating. He was able to get a price far beyond our expectations and what the market was indicating. David Falcone went above and beyond throughout the whole sales campaign and someone we have formed a solid friendship with.

Mel and Jeff's combined market knowledge, communication skills and professionalism gained us a result far above our initial expectations. A friend who dropped in for a "sticky" during one of our "opens" commented to us that they found Mel to be the most friendly and professional agent she had ever dealt with. Proof that great agents get great results!! Well done and many thanks Mel and Jeff.

Tamara conducted the sale of our house in Coronet Bay in a very professional way. Tamara listened to our requests and did not at any time attempt to pressure us otherwise. Tamara predicted the way the market was moving, and was supportive of our requirements. We were given regular updates on how things were going, and did not at any stage suggest dropping our price. From previous experiences elsewhere a price drop is suggested shortly after listing, just to get a sale. I would have no hesitation in recommended Tamara Leskie to any person looking for a professional, courteous, friendly Real Estate Agent. Des Burgess Faye Burgess
