Tamara conducted the sale of our house in Coronet Bay in a very professional way. Tamara listened to our requests and did not at any time attempt to pressure us otherwise. Tamara predicted the way the market was moving, and was supportive of our requirements. We were given regular updates on how things were going, and did not at any stage suggest dropping our price. From previous experiences elsewhere a price drop is suggested shortly after listing, just to get a sale.
