Anything or anyone that I needed help from to get the house ready for sale he had great contacts for, all the questions I had he explained it so it was easy to understand and the whole process was quite fast and seamless. Got the house ready in 2 weeks and then it had sold by the next week! I would highly recommend Chau to anyone and I would definitely use him again.
