My wife and I engaged Sandra and Vincent Haupt from @realty to sell our home, after receiving their real- estate profiles through the mail. Upon meeting Sandra and Vincent, our first impression was their immaculate presentation. After a lengthy discussion, we found Sandra and Vincent to be very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and abreast with the current market. We felt extremely comfortable listing our home with @realty. Although we listed our home with them during a down turn in the property market, we were impressed with the enthusiasm they showed, and as a result we sold our property at a price we were pleased with. Throughout the term of engagement, they kept us informed on any updates regarding prospective buyers, and market trends. We would highly recommend Sandra and Vincent, to anyone considering selling their property, as they get results with a great commission rate.

*Wrong address listed here* My wife & I had had a rough time in our apartment, with builders having come in and out over the course of 3 years, to fix water damage and replace water damaged walls, carpets and windows. As soon as the final repair was made, we were thinking that we would be able to spend a couple of years saving for our first home, and the owner sold our place. Jane came in, and made life as easy as possible for us. She took the time to listen to what we had been through, and understand the impact that the last few years has had on us. She was caring about us, and tried to cause as little disruption to us as possible.

I was recommend by the security guard at my work place. When we first met Scott didn't question us to why we wanted to put our house on the market at a higher value. He also didn't question why we didn't make any changes to our kitchen and outside area. We decide to put the house on the market for $619,000 for the first two weeks, we had about a hand full of people inquiring, so Scott suggest that we should drop the price under the $600,00 to buyers interested and it worked. We had it on the market for $584,00 which interested a lot more buyers. There was a few interested parties, which gave us the opportunity to negotiate. Scott end up getting us a lot more than we though we would get. The house sold for $615,190. I have and will recommend him in the future.

We have to say that Mr & Mrs Real Estate (Lou & Lee) did an exceptional job in the sale process for us. The work that they put in at the "Opens" and the enthusiastic promotion and follow up in every area was second to none. When it really mattered, the negotiation skills of Lou & Lee really came to the forefront. We were exceptionally happy to have sold our property with them and would highly support any dealings with them. Brilliance in their experience & expertise!
