I was recommend by the security guard at my work place. When we first met Scott didn't question us to why we wanted to put our house on the market at a higher value. He also didn't question why we didn't make any changes to our kitchen and outside area. We decide to put the house on the market for $619,000 for the first two weeks, we had about a hand full of people inquiring, so Scott suggest that we should drop the price under the $600,00 to buyers interested and it worked. We had it on the market for $584,00 which interested a lot more buyers. There was a few interested parties, which gave us the opportunity to negotiate. Scott end up getting us a lot more than we though we would get. The house sold for $615,190. I have and will recommend him in the future.
