David came to me recommended by a very trusted person who had used his services. I was really pleasantly surprised with the standard of service provided by him. David really knows the local area and the market. He works tirelessly - he doesn't just leave your property "on the back burner". David actively engaged all potential buyers and met most of them on the property. The ones he didn't meet there was simply because they wanted to look over it by themselves. He followed up with everyone. He called me every week and gave me excellent feedback about all the potential buyers, so I could make a really informed decision around whether to hold off or pursue any of those showing interest. His feedback was accurate and reliable. He never pushed me to make a quick sale. I found him to be completely ethical & trustworthy as well - I'd be happy either buying or selling a property through him.
