We found Tamara Leskie to be the most professional Real Estate Agent that we have ever dealt with. In November 2017 we made one phone call to Tamara, asking if she could give us a realistic sale price for our block of land. Within three days Tamara had visited the site, and provided a comprehensive assessment via email. None of the other agents in the area that we contacted ever bothered to rate the property, most just said, "To sell we would suggest low $200,000", give me a call when you decide to sell. Tamara gave us estimated value between $330,000 to $363,000, based on similar properties sold. We received her valuation Friday night, we rang her on the Saturday about lunchtime to say she could put it on the market. Sunday about lunchtime we received a firm offer of $330,000, and on Monday morning that offer was increased by $20,000. Property was sold without the property even being formally listed. During settlement period Tamara helped to sort out issues created by our conveyancer, something that she was not even required or paid to do.
