I could say that I was the only one Tamara was working for as her dedication to my home and needs were her first concern. Tamara was alway early to inspections to set up my home for presentation and setting the warm inviting atmosphere that engages the prospective buyers. Tamara personally did her own letter box drops which also gave her a great understanding of the area and surroundings in which she was representing. The communication between herself and I was always encouraging, informative and genuine. As first home buyers spending every weekend for the past three months dealing with multiple agents, it was refreshing to come across Team Tana who were capable of treating us like people and not just a dollar sign. As most buyers do, you have your price limits, but a lot of agents don't respect this give you the 'standard industry replies' to keep you interested to help drive up their auction. We felt Team Tana took an interest in our position by having a chat with us and listening to what we were saying. We were impressed that they kept us informed of every change in the circumstance (we didn't have to chase them!) and ultimately we are very grateful that they were able to get us what we were looking for.
